活動條款及細則 Terms and Conditions 1.主辦方與活動名稱 「年度最Hit韓劇創意挑戰」Instagram有獎遊戲(下稱「本活動」)由青年大邦 (Young Dabang)(下稱「主辦方」)主辦。 2.參加資格 參加者須持有有效之香港身份證明文件,並擁有公開的Instagram帳號,方合資格參加。 3.活動日期 活動日期由2026年1月30日凌晨00:00:00(HKT) 至 2026年2月24日晚上23:59:59(HKT) 結束(包括首尾兩天)(下稱「活動期」)。 4.參加方法 參加者須於活動期內完成以下所有程序: a. 追蹤青年大邦官方Instagram帳號 @YoungDabangHK。 b. 於活動指定帖文點讚,並留言 「我要35cm年糕鍋」。 c. 拍攝以 「大邦歐巴電車」 為主題的創意照片或短片,內容須符合 「港版韓劇」 之創意方向。 d. 將作品上傳至個人Instagram 公開貼文,並於貼文及限時動態中標註 @YoungDabangHK。 e. 將該公開貼文及限時動態之頁面截圖,透過Instagram私訊(DM)發送至 @YoungDabangHK。 5.活動規則 a. 每個Instagram帳號於活動期內只可參加一次。 b. 參加者必須維持公開貼文及追蹤主辦方帳號,至少至得獎者名單公佈日期(2026年3月5日)。如該貼文獲選,則須最少維持至領獎程序完成。 c. 嚴禁內容涉及抄襲、侵犯他人知識產權或肖像權、粗言穢語、不雅、渲染色情暴力、惡意批評,或對青年大邦品牌、商標、「歐巴」形象進行醜化或損害品牌聲譽之演繹。主辦方有權即時取消該參加者資格而不作另行通知。 6.評審、獎品及得獎公佈 a. 主辦方將以作品之 「創意度」及「韓劇故事感」為準則,選出最終大獎得主1名。 b. 大獎為 「全年免費世一35cm年糕鍋」,詳情以個別得獎通知為準。 c. 得獎者將於 2026年3月5日 於青年大邦官方Instagram私訊個別通知。 7.領獎程序 a. 得獎者須按通知於指定限期內回覆,並提供所需個人資料(包括Instagram帳號名稱、身份證上之英文姓名及聯絡電話)以作核實。 b. 得獎者須親身於指定時間及地點領獎,並出示已登記之身份證明文件正本及得獎通知以供核對,否則得獎資格將被取消。 c. 獎品不得兌換現金、其他產品,不可轉讓或與其他優惠同時使用,主辦方亦不提供退換服務。 8.個人資料、知識產權與宣傳授權 a. 收集的個人資料僅用於本活動之領獎核實及聯絡用途。 b. 參加者保證其作品為原創,並未侵犯任何第三方權利。如有違反,須自行承擔一切法律責任並賠償主辦方損失。 c. 參加者一經提交作品,即視為永久及免費授權主辦,為宣傳推廣之目的使用、修改、複製及發佈其作品(包括但不限於於社交媒體、官方網站及店內展示),而無須另行通知或支付報酬。 9.一般條款 a. 主辦方保留權利隨時修訂本活動之條款、細則、獎品及安排,而毋須作另行通知。 b. 所有活動記錄以主辦方系統為準,主辦方就本活動之一切事宜擁有最終決定權。 c. 因網路、技術等不可抗力因素導致參加失敗或資料遺失,主辦方概不負責。 d. 嚴禁以虛假帳號、作弊程式或不誠實手法參與,一經發現將取消資格。 e. 主辦方及相關公司之員工及其家屬不得參加,以示公允。 f. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。如有任何爭議,主辦方保留最終決定權。 如有查詢,請透過Instagram私訊聯絡 @YoungDabangHK。 Terms and Conditions 1. Organizer and Campaign Name The "Best K-Drama Creative Challenge" Instagram giveaway (the "Campaign") is organized by Young Dabang (the "Organizer"). 2. Eligibility Participants must hold valid Hong Kong identity documents and possess a public Instagram account to be eligible. 3. Campaign Period The Campaign period begins at 00:00:00 (HKT) on 30 January 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 (HKT) on 24 February 2026 (inclusive) (the "Campaign Period"). 4. Participation Method Participants must complete all of the following steps during the Campaign Period: a. Follow the official Young Dabang Instagram account @YoungDabangHK. b. Like the designated Campaign post and comment "35cm tteokbokki pot, please!" . c. Capture a creative photo or short video themed around the "Young Dabang Oppa Tram", aligning with the "Hong Kong-style K-drama" creative direction. d. Upload the work to a public post on the participant's personal Instagram feed. The participant must tag @YoungDabangHK both in the post and in an Instagram Story. e. Send a screenshot of the public post and the Instagram Story page to @YoungDabangHK via Instagram Direct Message (DM). 5. Campaign Rules a. Each Instagram account may only participate once during the Campaign Period. b. Participants must maintain their public post and follow the Organizer's account at least until the winner announcement date (5 March 2026). If selected, this must be maintained until the prize redemption process is complete. c. Content involving plagiarism, infringement of intellectual property or portrait rights, profanity, obscenity, promotion of violence or pornography, malicious criticism, or any depiction that defames, distorts, or damages the reputation of the Young Dabang brand, trademarks, or "Oppa" image is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify such participants immediately without prior notice. 6. Judging, Prizes, and Winner Announcement a. The Organizer will select one (1) grand prize winner based on the judging criteria of "Creativity" and  "K-drama Storytelling". b. The grand prize is the "One Year of Free Signature 35cm Tteokbokki Hotpot". Details will be specified in the individual winner notification. c. Winners will be notified individually via Instagram Direct Message from the official Young Dabang account on 5 March 2026. 7. Prize Redemption Procedure a. Winners must reply within the specified timeframe stated in the notification and provide required personal details (including Instagram handle, name as shown on HKID card, and contact number) for verification. b. Winners must collect the prize in person at the designated time and location. They must present the original registered identity document and the winner notification for verification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. c. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products, cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and are non-refundable. 8. Personal Data, Intellectual Property, and Promotional Authorization a. Personal data collected will be used solely for verification and contact purposes related to prize redemption for this Campaign. b. Participants warrant that their submitted work is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Participants shall bear all legal liability and compensate the Organizer for any losses arising from violations of this warranty. c. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organizer a perpetual, royalty-free to use, modify, reproduce, and publish their work for promotional purposes (including but not limited to use on social media, official websites, and in-store displays) without further notice or compensation. 9. General Terms a. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, prizes, and arrangements at any time without prior notice. b. All campaign records are subject to the Organizer's system. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign is final. c. The Organizer is not responsible for participation failures or data loss due to network, technical issues, or force majeure. d. Participation using fake accounts, cheating programs, or any dishonest means is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. e. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. f. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
